Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Processing time at our boutique usually takes 1-2 business days before your package is handed to the carrier.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your look! We accept returns on unworn items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Final sale items and accessories are excluded.

How do I know which size to choose?

Each product page features a detailed size guide. Since we curate collections from various designers, we also include 'Fit Notes' in the description to tell you if an item runs small, large, or true to size.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, LaLas Ladies Boutique ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping zones to more international destinations soon.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?

To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. Please contact our support team within 1 hour of purchase if you need to make changes, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
